Fallout 3 early tri beam laser?

Hi there, from what I've read there is only one way to get one of them tri beam laser rifles, by leveling up and finding a super mutant över lord..

That seems lame and i don't want to believe its the only way, my new character is lv 10 using the Waser Wifle from little lamplight, it pretty much kills everything I've encountered to far in 1 - 5 hits.

But I want to be more OP, now! And I'm not going into the Pitt to search for the metal blaster, hell no.. That place is horrible >_>

So does anyone know a trick or a location where perhaps some talon company or enclave guys could spawn early equipped with one of these lasers? Would be epic

yea there is a group of talon company that may have them
at Takoma park

and the capitol building. but other then that I don't think so.
