Layout being similar to Fallout BOS, You having the ability to choose your NPC's Skills, Perks, Etc. Having them move however far from you, being able to stand crouch or lay down.
The Idea of Fallout 3 is open to all for talk, and chit chat.
I have my mind set.
Texas, Drugs, Beer, Shotguns, Prostitutes, Killing Mutants, Killing Ghouls, Killing Miroslav, You know The Fun Stuf.

Actually, I miss the humor and parody. Both of which were lacking a bit in Tactics. The retro style is also appreciated. I'd love to see quirky things like "Ghouls Gone Wild" blaring on a hand cranked radio. Oh, and I'd like to find that Elvis painted on velvet again.
