I heard from a friend of mine that FO3 was currently under construction and that the game is based upon a third person POV. So do you think that's the truth or is it just that he is bluffing? If so what should I ask him for? Oh, yeah and this guy also told me something about FO2, about there being an alien rifle any ideas on that. He said he found it on a random encounter. So does that mean anything? Cos' I still haven't found it yet, even though I have played the game longer than he has.
