Fallout Character Generator

I came across some utility not too far back that allowed you to make GCD Files for Fallout 2, you know, make a player and then play them.

I can't seem to find it. If anyone could help me, I'd be most greatful.

Um, just start the game and select a custom player save/load it...

the GCD format is pretty easy to figure out in hex if you care to take the time to look into it given you want to do something interesting (say, making a player with all 1 stats).

Well, I wish I had an understanding of how the hex thing worked, but I suppose when I get time and a computer, I will be able to experiment more.
