Fallout cut-scences

Hi fellow fallout fans :D

I was wondering if there is any way possible to capture the cuts scenes in the fallout series, both the CGI clips and the black and white slide shows. Let explain my reason for asking, I've done a couple of AMV (Anime music video) and would like to try my hand at making one with the theme of the fallout universe. So if there is a program from which i can view the clips or a way where i can extract the video file from the game directory, please let me know.

Oops nearly forgot to ask in each of the fallout games where are the video files located or the name of the file?

Im just playing, im not the official greeter, should be, but im not. i would imagine there are files for the videos you are looking for, you could probably find them if you looked. I don't know off the top of my head though.

Now about that spare change of yours.....

Hey and welcome Talon113, what you need to do is first unpack the dat files/the content in the dat files that you want. Then convert the MVE files to avi/mpg..

We have utils to do this in our files section, first fint undat then the MVE converter..
 
Also, the fallout tactics ones are in one of the folders (cant remember which one as i havent got it installed). you can you the radtools (or something) by bick and smacker (or something)

Cool thanks for the quick replays :notworthy: , gonna get started on them as soon i go through my music list and figure out which song fits Fallout. Will post a link to my music video asap, but from any indication of my last video which took me 3 months to do lol. Its gonna be a while. :D

Sounds like a cool idea, certainly enough material with all the movies.

Is any of your previous work available? On www.animemusicvideos.org or such? Would it be possible to show us some of it? What music do you plan to use?

you make movies eh?.....maby we could need u on the MR team(were making a MOD), i dont know if anyones already doing the videos there, but just ask Trolle, hell say yes or no :ok:
