How Can I Open The DAT File In The Fallout Demo?

You need fallout1 dat extractor:
http://www.teamx.ru/files/utils/undat0.2.0.rar
or another one:
http://www.teamx.ru/files/utils/f1undat1.2.rar
Unpack the .rar in your fallout demo folder and open .dat file with one of the extracted utils.
