Here my small eclipse plugin for Fallout modding. At now it contain ssl , script list and proto editors, resource manager and automatic script builder. Details here. I will be glad to hear any comments and suggestions about this tool.

Sad but it is impossible in current version. Now i am working with proto creation and supporting rest of types (scenery, walls, tiles)
