Fallout: Equestria Becomes a Game: PART 2

First time out of the vault
I made a thread about a few months ago about Fallout: Equestria, probably one of the most successful works of fan-fiction within both the Brony (My Little Pony) community and the Fallout (Bethshit) community, finally being turned into a Unity-based 3D game. It exploded within a day or two full of people wondering "WTF A MLP FALLOUT GAME" as well as "This can't possibly become anything more, right?"

Turns out a new demo (technically named Wave 4.5) has been released proving once and for all this game really is being worked on still. I bet this will be better than Fallout 4, right? XD

At this point Fallout Equestria/ Lonestar are better at everything.

Look I decided to go through the orginal fiction and quality wise it is what Fallout 3 should have been.

Also thanks for the link. I have honestly forgotten about it.
 
While we're talking about Fallout Equestria, I tried playing the demo.

It seems like there all to eager to get all the outfits sorted and combat done with. So far I've seen very little of character creation(Skills/Perks/Traits) or anything in the way of dialogue.

I really can't make an informed judgement until we see this from the RPG perspective of the Fallout Universe.

I wonder, if they will be able to create an RPG. I mean the orginal fiction featured a unicorn named Littlepip, who came across rest of her companions along the way.

THere has to be a story behind it, most likely we will be able to go into Littlepip's hoves and then decide to on our own path.

It is a ton of work, so we will most likely wait a while. Still that and Van Buren looks very promising and it will definitely be better than whatever Bethesda shat out with Farcryout 4.

I've followed this throughout the years as I was impressed by the quality of the fic (it got me into the show for a year or so before i got out), and basically it's not going to be a FO4 rehash with dialogue wheels and no-skill points, simply because it was made when NV was still fresh on the market.

It's a combination of all Fallout titles pre-FO4 ponified.
 
Looks like a waste of time and resources to me. Those people could work on ''serious'' Fallout fangame instead, but hey, if that's what people want... can't blame them, I'm just not a pony fan (yet?). Would I play it? I don't think so. Good luck though!
 
I thought this weird pony bullshit had blown over already. Guess I was wrong.

Nonetheless... Yawn.
 
Interested, to say the least. If I hear enough good things, I will definently try it considering we need all the RPGs we can get, independent from who made them.
