what did mean the eleven stars on the flag?

i cant russian!
and also not so god english as i could read the whole bible! We had a good german version of the Fbible, but there i cant find anything about the stars!
 
In that case you have to find someone who knows German very well and also knows English very well, and have him translate you the section about the banner. But it's not worth bothering. It's just a cool-looking flag, no big story behind it.
 
In other words, it's not from the game. Just something some russian fans cooked up for one of their mods.
 
It's a "hypothesis" as to how Fallout's history developed. It's crap, and chock-full of self-serving references to Russia's role in it.

Rough translation (I'm too lazy so I used translate.ru):

The flag was supposed to be a better representation, as opposed to the one in the blurry background with PA in front.
 
i gathered from the intros and talking to the pres in F2 that the little blurb above about cuba isn't what happened in the fallout universe...


the president said something like "and we almost won too, then the russians launched everything they had at us, but we got them too" or something along those lines, nothin to do with cuba

I know the pres was suppose to be a rip on clinton, but he reminds me more of GWB

Richardson said it were the "reds" , so either one is good. But the war was between the USA and China, so I'd point to the Chinese as the culprit.
 
Meh, it's FO2. I wouldn't be surprised to find multiple inconsistencies with the original game. Anyway, read Teh Bibel for Avelonne's comments - you'll see that developers deny having any ideas about putting Russia in FO history.
