Fallout GCD file description discrepencys.

Hello.

I think that there is an mistake on this fallout 2 gcd file description. I'm afraid that the offsets shows there are incorrect. Look for the screenshot i've attached. This is the gcd file opened in hex editor. I think that all the offsets presented on the site should be increased by 3 (hex) to match the values in the file.

I'm i right?

All offsets point to "big endian" DWORDs (4-byte numbers, lowest value = 4th byte).
