I would like to know if is any way to play Fallout 1 and Fallout 2 with an iPad.

Hmm, good question, I really have no clue. I know there was a Mac version of fallout, perhaps if ipad had some sort of mac emulator or compatibility settings and you managed to track down the mac version somehow
 
You are right, there was Fallout 2 for mac version, but no Fallout 1 for each one. Im missing about compatibility between mac and iPad but I guess isnt possible yet...
Maybe with a Ms-Dos emulator for Fallout 1...
 
DOSBOX for iPad is your only option, but I'm too lazy to google if it even exists.

P.S. if you're feeling frisky (and have a very high-speed wireless connection to your iPad combined with a wired connection to your main PC), you could run Fallout via VNC remote control.

VNC seems to work well with DirectX fullscreen games. There are VNC servers for Windows and clients for iPad. It's just very slow.

... but it does have bitmap caching, which may make Fallout playable in iPad if you're doing it at home and within the reach of your main PC's speakers ;)

(VNC doesnt transfer sound)
