Dude_obj, who earlier made the Fallout Modding FAQ has now made a summary page for the various modding tools around (for Fallout of course). Here's what he said:<blockquote>Here's a new summary page for modding tools:

Every once in a while, someone with will power and determination comes along. Dude_obj definately has determination in compiling the all-mighty and necessary resources for fallout modding. Thanks Dude, you make a inexperienced schlub like me have hope in creating a fun fallout mod!
