Fallout mods index (help welcome)

Look, Ma! Two Heads!
While browsing tons of (un-)finished FO mod projects, I have simply lost count of them. And, I have never tried any, in fact, and I don't know simply which mod is considered to be complete, decent and recommended by you.

So now I would want to write a list of these mods, including those under development. I intend to use only English version of FO1 and FO2.

Who could help me?
 
This is a great idea. Im confused
as hell by the number of mods
listed, and what they do.

I'd like to
help if i can but i run on a mac
and thus cant figure out how to
use most of the mods.

The Wiki mentioned by dude101
isn't bad, but we need something
more up to date, and we really
to make them rateable - say,
out of 5 stars
