First time out of the vault
Hey guys. I'm new to NMA and was pondering a topic to discuss for my inaugural..well..topic and I came to remember how much I loved how the upbeat jazz tunes in Fallout 3 just clashed with the dreary scenery, but at the same time fit so perfectly. However, I found the song variety on Galaxy News to be a bit..limited, so I improvised a way to extend the soundtrack. Using things like Pandora Radio and YouTube (as well as other games with similar soundtracks such as Bioshock) I slowly but surely found other tracks that I'm sure Three Dog himself would have found worthy.
So pretty much the purpose of this thread is to share any old timey jazz/big band tunes you know or have heard that fit within the Fallout universe. I'm not sure if I'm the only one but I often times opt to just put old 1930s jazz tunes on a flashdrive and listen to them via console media player while scouring the Wastes (especially when the alternative is listening to Mr. New Vegas and his country music). So if you know any Wasteland-worthy tunes, here would be the place to put 'em!
