Once more people download it and leave torrent-client as it is, not closing it, yes they can seed, with more stable D/L speed.

I'm looking at the torrent right now, what peers mean? Because I see no seeders but a lot of peers, is that bad for the download speed?

Yandex.disk, but people around the west have troubles with it.
Google disk is also a good service for this.
