Fallout on iPad

Hello! Is it possible to play Fallout on iPad? I did see some threads here about it, but I did not see anyone succeed? Did anyone manage to get it working proper? Without jail breaking it like this site says?

Isn't there a port of Dos-box for IPad?
You could try to install the dos version of fallout 1 and I think if you don't have the dos version there is a patch somewhere that brings it back to the dos version.
