Fallout(PC). How to initiate power armor quests?

Hello,

This is for Fallout 1 for the PC. I've already become an initiate for the Brotherhood, and naturally I want some of that orgasmic power armor, but I don't know how to start any quests!

My speech skill isn't high enough to con the part out of Mike, I can't find any oil to lube up Rhombus's locker, and I don't know how to free the imprisoned initiate in the Hub so the guy in the training room can give you the power armor. If anyone could tell me where to find or how to start these quests I'd really appreciate it!

Freeing him is easy, just take out the gang around him.

As for the speech skill, Mentats tend to help.

Where is he in the Hub? I've broken the teeth on my fine toothed comb :(

BTW: I hate bukkake.
 
You either missed a building in the east district or didn't go into the back room.

Kotex? Yikes. I mean lots of names are already taken but ....
 
As soon as I posted my questgion I found it. Then by a mad stroke of luck I found out how to get my power armor hardened.

Only thing keeping me from killing some mutant bastards is not knowing where to find a fuse to fix Necropolis's water pump. Where can I find that fuse?
 
Hurr hurr guys, the last time I used the search feature I was grossly discouraged. 'power armor' was my search criteria and I chose only the post titles, and I was given a slew of garbage that was absolutely unrelated. Even pulled out threads pertaining to VTM:BL. The first three pages didn't even have the word power armor in the subject.

Thats a nice guide too, by the way. Though I feel pretty bad knowing its been well over seven days and the ghouls are already dead :( I'm a bad, bad person.
