Fallout Pen & Paper new Weapons

Im currently working on a Fallout pen & paper campaign. Im GM and I wanted some new weapons for the wastes. We will play the 2.0 rules by Jason Mical with the revised skills.

I think maybe they are a bit overpowered, so please help me making them fit the rules

H&K M416

Looks nice, but one problem I found.

How can the KRISS Super-V shoot 17 round bursts with a 13 round magazine?

The Kriss can also be shot with a 30 shot magazine, but you are right, with the 13 shot magazine its a 13 shot burst.
