Fallout pictures, quotes

Hey does anyone know of a program which i could view the pictures they have for the perks/traits. and quotes that the npc's say in any of the town. some of them are pretty funny and i want to know if there is a way to see all of them. also a program to see the different animations the characters can do like dieing or shooting a gun????

You'd have to use a undat program, and extract all the pictures + text files from the dat file. Then convert the pictures etc, I'd advise you to use Red!viewer to view the animations, all of the tools I've mentioned is located in our [link:www.nma-fallout.com/binaries|download] section.
