Fallout PnP Questions and Requests

First time out of the vault
I've begun a Fallout pen and paper campaign, based loosely on the plot of Van Buren. The thread here decoding the Van Buren plot from the design documents was immensely helpful for this, so I thought I'd post a few of the questions and challenges I've come across, to see if anyone has any thoughts to help with it.

1) I've downloaded the Random Encounter Generator, which is obviously very helpful. However, it doesn't list any of the robot enemies from the games, nor are any of them listed in the bestiary in the book. Would anyone happen to know what the standard stats for eyebots, robobrains, sentries and the like are (or where I can find them), or how much XP they typically give?

2) Does anyone know, offhand, what the standard XP rewards for successful use of Science, First Aid, Doctor, Repair, Lockpicking, and the like are? Is it 25 XP across the board, or am I misremembering? These aren't listed in the book, and I'd like to include them in the game to get it as close to the PC game as possible.

3) Special Random Encounters! I'd like to have a few of these thrown into the campaign. Things like the TARDIS or the whale & petunias crash site from the games. Does anyone have any thoughts for incidents in a similar tone? I'd like to come up with a randomized table to use with a 1D10 on the off chance that someone gets lucky enough to find one...

First step: http://fallout.wikia.com

Second: First Aid was 25 XP per succesful use, Doctor 50 XP, Steal 10 XP (although if you managed to steal multiple items in one session, you got more XP, calculated by adding to the base 10 an increasing value for each succesfully transferred item: 20 for the second, 30 for the third... you get the point). Lockpick yielded 25 XP on the first succesful unlocking/locking the door. Also, each disarmed trap gave 25 XP.

Sneak yielded no points, science and repair rewards were set up in scripts for each use and range from 300 XP (the learning machine in Vault 13) to 1,250 XP (finding the location of Mariposa Military Base in the LA Vault) for science and from 200 XP (fixing the vent in Vault 8) to 1,500 XP (repairing the generator in Vault 15).

Thanks! Both of those comments were extremely helpful.

I had actually visited that wiki page, but saw that they didn't list stats for the robobrains and didn't bother to look at the rest of the robots.

EDIT -- D'oh! I just located the Random Encounter Book, which has all of the info I was looking for.

Now I just need to come up with some special encounters...

Some difficult locks and traps give more experience. Secure doors such as the jail in Broken Hills give 85 or 115 xp when picked, and floor traps in the SAD are worth 65.
