Fallout PnP

Not really sure where to go for such a thread. But here goes. I am attempting to start my own Fallout PnP tabletop. Everything is set up. But I need help with one thing. Character Item Distribution I have no idea how to do this part, I can not find anything to help with this. Can some one help me with this or point me in the right direction?

What do you mean? on giving players items? Just give bad dudes what players want, and then entice them to kill them or obtain them in some way. It's fallout, not brain surgery.
