I´ve got all original FO and FO2 . . the manuals are a blast, as are the boxes . . also, I´ve got an official FO2 t-shirt.. and a FO2 sticker :D man I´m good..
 
Wow, a T-shirt... All I've got is a FO2 poster (keep it right above my bed/head), but the story behind it is pretty good.....
 
A few years ago i went back to the store i once saw a huge cardboard advertisement thing of the original fallout, really huge, they had thrown it away a few weeks back, the place they had it stored was beeing worked up. A shame.
 
Wow! I've got that box on the far right with the survival guide. I had no idea it was some sort of press item. My dad gave it to me years ago a short while after the game first came out. Probably got it from some type of bidding website, I'll be sure to ask him about it.

It was a promotional "big box", not really a press item. This was back when PC boxes were big, and retailers let you produce even bigger promo boxes that they could put in store windows, etc. I think they still have promo boxes for the more popular games - especially at places like Electronics Boutique or Babbages.
 
I hope it works, otherwise you would wear it for the rest of your life. If that sentence doesn't make sense, think about it, the meaning will come...

Really, you could make your own easily enough. There are plenty of gas masks that look identical to that, my brother owns one, Israeli I think. You would just have to paint it rust brown and get a printing company to make a Fallout 2 sticker for you. If you want the card, that would hardly be a problem to make either.

Unless it's the whole I have a Fallout 2 promotion item prestige you are going for.

The best was still the Vault 13 whiskey flask. ScottE had one in his office – I coveted it often.
