Fallout save editer

You should have added more details about this tweaking tool, which is obviously made for Fallout New Vegas. Low video quality doesn't help much as it would be more useful than what that person on the video is talking about. Also, there's a forum section for this stuff: Fallout3,NewVegas modding. :wiggle:
