I have the Game fallout tactics and am up the the mission chenneye mountains,but after the general has briefed my team we go to the exit grid but cannot leave the map,please help me

What a username. 
Go back to an earlier saved game, it's all you can do. Usually this happens in random or special encounters and people reckon you can get the exit grid working again by killing a npc (if there is one) but you can't do that in a bunker, the game would end.
Reload, nothing else to do.

Look, Ma! Two Heads!
I have the same problem, and no other save games to reload. I've tried reinstalling the game, doing this and that, even tried using the cheat squad editor to boost my squad's stats so I could rebeat the whole game in 10 minutes if it came to that, and still no luck (since the editor isn't working: says there's no sector file or something like that)

You don't say where you are, so either start over and don't overwrite your saves or uninstall and sell it on.
