I've finally managed to grab almost the entire Official Fallout Tactics site (since I forgot to do that earlier), some art are missing so don't sweat it I'm still working on it.

Again this is just a mirror page until Interplay puts up the official one, all copyrights belong to Interplay and I have not changed a thing (except fix a few links and such)..

Speaking of Craptactics... Was there ever an editor made that could fix the missing sound TAG on the Super Mutant spr?

Always bothered me that all the animations for Super Mutants shooting energy weapons are actually there, but the Standing Fire animation doesn't have the TAG that calls the weapons fire sound. So isntead of fixing this omission, they just prevented SM's from equiping them.

I actually emailed a Dev about this way back, and he had the gall to claim the animations I talked about didn't even exist.

I fairly certian that the energy weapon used the same animation as the big guns, just like FO1 and FO2 did. In fact I'm sure that its the same animation. :?

My memory is hazy about the details of Tactics, but I am fairly sure they had Plasma Rifle's/etc.. tagged to use the Rifle animation. SM's don't have a Rifle animation. However they did have a BigGun's animation, but it was missing the TAG that called the fire sound. Switching the rifles to use the BigGun anim(as they should have) was easy enough with the modding tools released. The only problem was it didn't make a firing sound when shooting from a standing position. The Humanoid SPR's all call the sound.
