Fallout TV series to be set in Los Angeles

So how hard do you think the writers are going to fuck up the west coast lore? Place your bets/theories here.

I’m betting they are going to do the whole “The Master lives!” thing from project v13, and will reveal that the Vault Dweller never truly killed the Master at the end of Fallout 1, retroactively making the entire plot of the game and the Vault Dwellers sacrifice meaningless.

Honestly, I think my best guess is that they are going to be extremely superficial about things to the point that it doesn't necessarily break much lore.
Like, there'll be a vault, but they'll be so focused on character drama bla bla that they won't go into details about the vault to enough of a degree that there is anything to contradict previous games. Mariposa's vats have been producing mutants for a long time so there could have been some that got dipped a long time ago and produced super mutants, it's not out of the realms of possibility and so if we see super mutants it is preobably not going to be Unity or even delve into Mariposa to any significant degree.

Hell, most of it might just be character drama and the most generic bits and bobs of survivalism with little memberberries that never outright contradict anything.
