fallout web design kits

I'm looking to create a website (college project) with a bit of a fallout theme.
Nof if I recall correctlym there used to be fansite design kits with stuff like buttons and such. I might be wrong off course, cause I can't find em. Can anyone help me get such a kit, or confirm it's non existence so I can search for my copies and start taking screenshots.

For the record, since this is a closed college project, copyrights shouldn't be a problem.

Nope, none at all. FOT had something of the sort, but it's not really that good or befitting the styles.
