"FalloutH.exe" Wait what?

I heard about this on the Intertubes and I can't seem to find more info about it than it exists. I can't tell if it's simply integrated parts of Timeslip's sfall and/or Mash's hi-res mod, or if it's different work entirely.

Apparently it's by Bethesda? I really don't want to give them money, but I'd like to see what all the fuss is about with this version of the .exe

Well, apparrently its just a hi-res version of fallout, designed to work on modern systems without any of those graphical issues and whatever.

Though really, I'd just stick with the GOG version.
Unless the version that Bethesda has isn't the censored version.

It's weird because the thing I read says it comes with Fallout Collection which is bullshit because I own that and it doesn't have any kind of hires executable.
