Hello everyone, I just joined the forum, I´ve been a fallout fan since 1997, I played fallout 1, 2, and recently started fallout 3. Nice site here and everything.
Well, the thing is that fallout 3 is very buggy, I had a lot of CTD but could manage most of them tinkering with a few things. But I can´t get past the crash I get in the Oasis, when I speak with good old Harold the game crashes after a few dialogue lines.
I searched the web a bit and found a solution here, rapidshare.com/files/257315101/Oasis_Crash_Fix.zip . A guy put empty ogg files for the tree´s corrupt dialogue files.
My question is, how do I get that working? I downloaded that but I don´t know what to do with the files, I tried putting them in different folders but nothing different happens. I also tried to contact the guy who did the fix but no luck with that either. I really want to do that quest!
