Falout 3 online

I reckon that they should make it an online rpg aswell as single player. im like already making it cause all the other online rpgs cost too much, so like my one is free, and they should make fallout 3 an online rpg that doesnt come with monthly costs, cause twhat is the point of buying a game and having to pay to play it! like email me and stuff for more info or something.
