Fame program

Hey,
I'm trying to use that fallout 2 mod enabler and I have the patch000 dat and my mod (I'm just trying the kemen one that's it) but when it try to run it I get a "Failure initializing input devices" message and the game won't start.
What's the problem and how do I fix it. Is it cuz I'm using Win XP.

Probably, try rightclicking on the fallout icon/exe and set it to run in w98 comp mode..
