fear the reaper perk, what does it do?

Don't know, I figured that something goes down on your character making it much easier for him to die. Then again maybe a little reaper guy shows up and chases you around every now and then. That would be quite entertaining.:)
 
you see when your a ghoul, you get a perk once every 4 levels. but with fear the reaper, you get a perk once every 3 levels. I dont know why they call it fear the reaper.
 
ripper's? lovers your perk rate? Do you have insomnia too? :):)
We probably won't be able to tell anything untill they get the patch out. even if you give it to a ghoul teamate who knows if it's even working properly!

I faced the Grim Reaper. And I grinned.
He had a scythe.
I had a Vindicator...
 
I've read somewhere that every once in a while you'll get a message saying "fear the reaper" and the ghoul will be hit for a lot of damage.
