As this is my first post here on NMA i wish to say hello to all users.
I have few ideas for mods that could be used by anyone who has some skill in GECK and would be willing to make them.
Some of them might have been discussed before, sorry for double posting then.
1. Strength doesn't affect the weapons that u can use. WTH. I mean character with STR = 3 shouldn't be able to be Minugun expert right (as far as efficient use against enemies is concerned)?
2. Perception doesn't count in chance to hit or generally has no effect on how well u shoot. I remember in F1 and 2 it had VERY big effect on combat with guns.
3. Taking too much drug of any kind would effect in some serious problems, so u cant burst in battle, then hide behind a wall and use 32132 stimpacks and forward to battle again.
4. Healing an addiction should be fairly hard. I mean no stupid house thing's that heal ur rads / chem addiction magically. The only way to heal it is to wait some time like a month or two (or maybe weeks - needs to be balance to game). The other way is to buy some pills (for good money not for 50 caps but for 1000 or even 3000 as money is easy in this game). Those when taken regularly would shorten the time needed to fight the addiction.
5. No limb curing with stims. Broken limb = use medicine skill on urself and rest for x hours / days (once again balance needed here) to get it healed.
Ah - and healing limb would need some first aid kit or good ol' doctors bag F1 / F2 style i mean.
6. Radcorpinos. Attacking in groups. Not dangerous because they are uber at level 20 because of monsters leveling but because....they poison. U can kill emm all fast but will u be able to get anti posion drug on time and in sufficient amount? U know Fallout 1 / 2 style.
These are just suggestions , if any modder would like to make any of them (or if someone knows simillar already made mods) i would be grateful .
