Kudos to Avenger from DaC for finding this information. Apparenlty the movie is going to be released in America July 10, 2004. I loved the game FF7, so I hope they do a better job on this on, which is going to be a sequel to FF7 (two years after Sephiroth dies), than that shitty job of Final Fantasy the movie.

Erm, I knew about this months ago.

I think it's going to be awesome, wish it was going to be a game though.

And sephiroth looked cooler with long hair.
 
Damn, when I try and download the AVI format trailers, it gives me a pop-up saying I don't have the right type of codec for my player (Windows Media). So I got to go with the wmv format. Is there much of a difference?
 
I actually liked FF6 the best, and I've been playing Final Fantasy games since I got a Super Nintendo when I was nowt but a lad...

that's my order of liking of the Post Playstation Final Fantasies...

I kinda like the idea of releasing Final Fantasy movies actually baised upon the games themselves... if this is any good, then I will be baying for a movie for 5 up until 10... although I kinda think no-one would be able to tell the difference with 10.
 
That trailer is awesome! Too bad it's in Japanese though, I couldn't get a word of it other than the title of the movie. Anyone here speak Japanese and willing to watch the trailer and translate for me?
