Not sure if you gusy are familiar with my pet project called What if Meteors Prevail (www.W-I-M-P.net) but if you are than here is the final marine suit design.

and if your still wondering what this is doing in these forums, well the whole thing is a bit 50's sci-fi inspired.

I just visited your page. The concepts from your project look cool. Do you have any animation? Something renderized 3d model?

Thnx for the positive comments, were still in very early production, as of right now, im just finishing up the principle concept art.

Since we finally decided on an engine (crytek) my moddeler is starting to work on 3d models, and my sound engineer is doing a kick ass job with the sounds. Were still looking for an animator, a texture/skin artist, and a level designer.

Could just be me - and it probably IS, you evil mind goblins!!! - but the fingers seem too short. Granted, I'm used to seeing my disturbingly long fingers, but those ones don't look like they can do much. Ah well. Other than that, um...I'd say good, but that's how THEY summon the goblins! Hide your artwork!

strange, but as far as the fingers go, hes wearing space gloves, which would naturally make his fingers look stubby and short.

Nice...But the arms arrent the same.And why dont you make the feet a little bigger?

hands. thighs. knees. try to make the ankles a little lower so your knee caps come down. hands, as Draconias Galactica said before, the finger are too short. like ghetto said the thighs are a bit thin and underprotected. other than that, rock on! also, just for a better touch, add a little more detail around the place, and go for a 'spacier' look on the chest region. a few plugholes and digital suit accesories (like youve done on the wrist) wont hurt. and for heavens sake keep drawing your bound to get a spot in the concept art team for Star Trek someday =]

i hate start trek with a god damn passion, also this is supposed to be retro sci-fi, so no plug holes, spacey helmets, complicated boots, 30 god damn eye pices, anteni and weird lights everywhere.

too idealized for me, atleast form the art stand point
