find the hint book

First time out of the vault
this could be a stupid question but what is the hint book that you are supouse to find when you finish the game?
 
Don't want to spoil your surprise, finish the damn game and go to New Reno to find it..

Or read Per's walkthrough

you could find something alike in the vault of vault city... but your probly banned from that place aren't you.......
