I've gotten up to killing The Master, and need a few tips on how to do it the non violent way. I have few Stim Packs and so trying to fight him doesn't really work. I know you can used Vree's Holodisk to persuade him to kill himself, or detonate some explosion from a computer. However, when I talk to Vree I have no idea as to how to get the disk (I have taken the computer course with her and all that), and also I do not know how to get into The Masters vault without getting the CoC Leader to take me there, which immediately prompts a conversation ending in either a fight or noncanonical ending.

So basically, how do I get Vree's disk OR how do I access the Masters Vault.

Update: No worries, spoke to Nicole then Laura then snuck into the Vault and BOOM, I'm done.

Vree disk is not really necessary, if you have very good speech (above 100%), but there are some random factors involved, so sometimes he'll believe you and sometime he attack (just reload and try again). The key is to ask Master about what female mutants think (or something like that), instead showing evidence, when you open a topic about mutants sterility. Of course, to have topic about sterility you need to know about that. Exempt reading Vree disk, there are few other places you can learn about it (for example, that super-computer in Glow).

As for getting in there, the key is to kill one guy who appears near secret entrance (in the basement), and then don his robe.

After that, dismiss all party members and go alone. If anyone is in your group, both creatures inside, as well as muties, will attack you.

Yes, this means "putting down" Dogmeat, because there is no other way to get him out of group (sadly).

I think you need at least IN 7 too, so get some Mentats if you need more IN.
