First vanilla playthough - What essentials should I install?

First time out of the vault
So far, I have installed Yukichigai Unofficial Patch v12.2 (May 2021).

As per PCGamingWiki, should I also grab?:
  • FNV 4GB Patcher v1.5 (Apr 2021) (patches the game to utilize more RAM than the initially allotted amount)
  • New Vegas Heap Replacer v3.2 (May 2021) (replaces in-game heap with a better-optimized version)
  • Ogg Vorbis Libraries v5 (Aug 2020) (updated sound libraries that optimize the game's audio decoding, fixes an audio memory leak, sound-related stuttering and boosts performance while reducing CPU strain)
Or are these not really needed?

Will be playing on a system with a Ryzen 5 5600X, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 and 32 GB RAM.
