Fixed Blackout F1 But Now The Talking Heads Are Corrupted?

First time out of the vault
Doing alot of searches but have not been able to fix the problem, any help greatly appreciated. Thanks! Have a Dual Core 2.6- Nvidia 8800gt 512, 3mb ram.
 
I wen't ahead and installed the blackout fix but the movies are now corrupted. This is using the original Fallout CD. I wen't ahead and ordered the DVD set UK Version, hope this will help. Increadible that a Classic like this has not been fixed for todays hardware. Sorry is this topic has been posted before.
 
For those that need help- I finally fixed the blackout problems, everything is working great! Just make sure you disable background processes like Anti Virus, Internet Connection and hide the Windows Toolbar. This fixed it for me. Adding the High Resolution patch made the visuals sharper- Congrats to the team. Hope this helps.
