fl1 and fl2 euro versions question

i have the euro versions of both fl's 1 and 2..I found out the euro versions have no kids in im like the u.s version does..I was wonder ing if the teamx patch 1.3.3 for fl1 fixes this and if killaps unoffical patch fixes it for fl2..

Children patch for Fallout 1 and children patch for Fallout 2.

With euro version, do you mean the german censored version? Because, if you just install the bloodpatch to bring back the death animations, you don't need the children patch.
