Flags of Our Foul-Ups: Did I miss something?

Innawerkz

First time out of the vault
Playing a legion play-through. Arrived at Camp Golf (Merciful Thug with NCR) and set to completing the 'Flags of Our Foul-Ups' quest. Decided to solve it Razz' way (with the delivery of the Suspicious Package from the Great Khan's) thinking that the Legion would benefit from poorly trained NCR soldiers suffering from addiction, likely getting themselves killed and demoralizing the army.

I come back, distribute the contraband and wait for 'something' to happen. I get +200XP and a positive reputation increase with the NCR faction. Nothing else seems to change. No update in the training logs. No added dialog. Nothing! Does time need to elapse before a change is noted?

Wait for the epilogue. Then it'll shows the result of that action

Perfect. Thanks.

Just found it odd that NONE of the misfits say anything and that their CO doesn't recognize his troops behaving 'different'.

Something to look forward to seeing now.

Also I'm pretty sure the NCR radio at the Battle of Hoover Dam will mention the consequences of your actions. The way I understood it is if you side with Razz they don't take the Psycho until the Battle is about to start (I might be wrong about this though since I've never taken that path).

Confirmed - completed a legion playthrough with a similar path and it was like you described a couple of days ago.
