Floaters Centraurs Aliens oh my!

First time out of the vault
What is the best weapon against these beast from the following list

Plasma rifle, Laser Rifle, Gauss Rifle.. or any weapon that uses small gun/energy weapons?

Thx for any advice against these beasts
 
I'd go with the Gauss Rifle. Or Plasma. Floaters have a large resistance against electrical damage, and aliens have an overally high resistance, but neither is any match for the Gauss.

On the other hand, a combination of energy weapons (Plasma&Pulse) works well too.
