FMF dialogue tool?

Could anyone direct me to a working download link to FMF dialogue tool , I've searched everywhere to no avail. (Or if you are a good enough soul, upload it and share the link).

DJUnique's site has been down a while. I think he has stopped supporting it since FMF died.

I have been using this tool for years, and could never get the conditions to work. You have to set them up just right or the FMF will not convert.
