FNV: Tesla helmet, tribal version

Since I discovered the Enclave Tesla armor and helmet* in FNV via the console, I had a thought: Could someone possibly cobble up a version with the shotgun shell dreads from the vanilla version of Salt-Upon-Wounds' helmet? I think this would go even better with the cut Tesla armor than the regular version. Or better yet, those rope dreads from Glott's helmet from Ryse: Son of Rome/The Legion Will Ryse. Or either of those with Deathclaw horns a la dragbody's Legion power armor mod. Been wanting this for a tribal character who has an affinity for power armor lately.
