FO:T Character Creation Online-System(CharMS)
Yesterday I was browsing through ancient forgotten mirrors of backups I've made in ages past. I found a local utility site I once made for FO:T.. I've revised it a bit for online use. I think it's a pretty helpful tool, even though it's (still) only partially complete as it only includes a(n) user interface for human characters.
It includes overviews for traits, skills and perks and a perk-based character creation utility, that list the result with the requirements of stats and skills for the selected perks as well as an overview of perk progression and required levels. It's basically only the information you can find in the manual put together.. but rarely is.
I am not really sure where to put this tool on NMA, none of the boxes seems to fit, but if you like it and find it useful, then you probably needed it and that's how I helped, so there: Fallout Tactics Help & Tech.
And if not.. then I trust that either time or a moderator will guide it to it's final resting place.
