I noticed that Ian has a habit towards firing at the wrong person....mainly you, even though you're standing a mile away...does he just hate you or is his aim really that bad? In the brotherhood I got into a fight and Ian was standing behind me, delivering one critical hit to me after the other...Tycho never did that....
Bad Ian. (Well, I survived the Brotherhood fight...after decently placing Ian between me and an angry BOS soldier with a minigun...heeheehee )

Maybe he is shell-shocked and prone to flashbacks that trigger berserker-like episodes, or maybe he is sublimating his aggression toward you because he is jealous of your hero status while he is forced to play second fiddle. Maybe he did not receive enough oxygen as a fetus and is doomed to lifelong dumbassery. One thing is certain... with friends like Ian, who needs enemies?

One has to wonder if the injury that landed him in Shady Sands was not inflicted upon him by one of his own men. Who among us hasn't put a couple of caps in his ass after enduring one too many of his "accidents?"
