AP's?

Is there any way to up the number of action points i get per turn in combat or,if any,which characteristics do I have to raise to allow my character to use less action points to fire and stuff????

Action points per turn = half agility + 5.

So, to get more action points, create a character with high agility. Also, you may want to pick small frame, fast shot, or skilled traits.

The following perks will be helpful, depending on your character's specialities:
Action Boy (requires 5 agility, level 12)
Bonus HTH Attacks (reqs 6 agl, lvl 6)
Bonus Move (reqs 5 Agl, Lvl 6)
Bonus Rate of Fire (reqs 7 agl, 6 int, 4 per, lvl 9)
Quick Pockets (reqs 5 agl, lvl 3)
