I've heard that he's coming after you when you play an evil character.

an advice for you:kill a child in shady sands and exit shady sands.while travelling he will find you.try to shoot the bastard in head for a critical,while he is unconscious take his combat armor and rifle then kill him and his party...a very good starting...

I'd do that if my version had kids in it...
