FO1 Cathedral - Camera problems

In FO1 directly after I defeat the Master, I am unable to escape because the camera is stuck, I can't scroll it and I'm unable to escape from the explosion.

Now obviously the game still thinks I'm in the fight, since you can't scroll it then, how do I fix this? I have patched the game.

Obviously, you CAN scroll the camera in combat, and you CAN move, so this is not the problem.

Can you please refer to the stickied post, and provide more details?

I had similar problems once in Junktown. Every time I had got Gizmos confession on tape and I left the area to go to Killian's the camera got stuck in the second area. I could move, but the camera didn't move. It took few loadings before it got fixed.
