got it all sorted now but can I return to Irwin's farm......i hate unfinished business........

IF Irwin is still at that spot where you first met him you can.....i think....never did that quest till i had enough juice to take down those tossers.....if not just reload mate....there maybe another way to get there via your pipboy...that i'm not sure of though......cheers
